How to recognize a compatible card?

Compatibility depends on the system used by the resort. Most resorts operate with one of the following three formats:

👉 Skidata card

You can recognize it by a DTA number.
The format looks like:
01-1614 xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx-x

👉 Team Axess card

You can recognize it by a WTP number.
The format looks like:
xxxxxxxx-xxx-xxx

👉 ALFI card

You can recognize it by a WEB number.
The format looks like:
xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx

If your resort uses Skidata

You can use:

• A Passe Montagne multi-resort card
• An existing Skidata card
• The resort’s official card

Our Passe Montagne cards are compatible with both Skidata and Team Axess technologies, covering nearly 95% of our partner resorts.

If your resort uses Team Axess

We recommend using:

• A Passe Montagne multi-resort card
• Or the resort’s official card

Our Passe Montagne cards are compatible with both Skidata and Team Axess technologies, covering nearly 95% of our partner resorts.

If your resort uses ALFI

We recommend using:

• A Passe Montagne ALFI card
• Or the resort’s official card

The Passe Montagne ALFI card is specifically designed for resorts equipped with ALFI ticketing systems.

Cards not to use

Some cards are not compatible and should not be used:

• A card with an active season pass
Using it may overwrite or deactivate your season pass

• Pay-as-you-ski cards (subscription-based cards)
These should only be used within their dedicated program

We also recommend carrying them only when you intend to use that specific program. Some resorts are accessible through both Passe Montagne and these subscriptions.

👉 Without caution, you may be charged twice for the same ski day.

Why is your card not working?

Several reasons may explain why your card is not detected at the gates:

• Damaged card
A card that is damaged or exposed to heat (sun, radiator, car, etc.) may no longer be readable

• Multiple cards in the same pocket
Gates may detect the wrong card or fail to read your pass properly

• Input error
An incorrect card number entered during your order may prevent your pass from being loaded
