It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information for each skier (surname, first name, date of birth).

Any error may result in:

Passe Montagne cannot be held liable for consequences resulting from errors attributable to the customer.

Purchase of Ski Passes and Activities

Purchases can only be made online with an active subscription.

In the event of an ordering error related to an incompatible pass holder/card, no refund may be issued, unless otherwise required by law.

Ski passes are date-specific, and multi-day ski passes are only valid for consecutive days.

Once activated at a gate, the ski pass is considered used (see Article 10).

Use of Pass Holders / Cards

Customers must:
• check the number of the associated pass holder/card

Article 9 – Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund conditions vary depending on the products and partner ski resorts.

Cancellation Before Use

Unless otherwise stated, ski passes may be cancelled until the day before the first skiing day.

The refund is issued as wallet credit, credited to the customer account and usable during the current season.

Expired Validity Date

From the validity date of the ski pass, no cancellation or refund may be granted, even if the ski pass has not been activated or used, unless otherwise required by law or subject to specific conditions set by the partner ski resort.

Exceptions

Certain products are neither cancellable nor refundable after purchase, including:
• e-tickets
• certain partner ski resorts applying specific conditions

For example, ski passes for Valmeinier are neither cancellable nor refundable after purchase, regardless of the reason.

The cancellation and refund conditions specific to each partner ski resort, as defined in their own terms and conditions, fully apply, including for orders placed through Passe Montagne.

After Activation

Once activated at a gate, the ski pass is considered used.

No refund may be issued after activation, unless otherwise required by law.

Conditions Related to Ski Resorts

Any final refund decision remains at the sole discretion of the partner ski resort.

Customer Responsibility

• weather conditions
• ski area opening status
• operating conditions

In case of doubt, customers are advised not to activate their ski pass.

Special Cases

No refund will be issued in the event of a duplicate order or a new purchase made directly at the resort without prior contact, unless otherwise required by law.

Wallet Credit

Refunds issued as wallet credit cannot be converted into cash.

Wallet credit is valid during the current season, unless otherwise stated.

Article 10 – Insurance

The insurance products offered are optional.

Passe Montagne acts as an intermediary.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have suitable insurance coverage.

Coverage conditions, validity, and compensation terms are determined by the insurer.

Passe Montagne cannot be held liable for decisions made by the insurer.
