The Saint-François Longchamp Resort
Set at 1,450 and 1,650 metres above sea level, at the foot of the Col de la Madeleine, Saint-François Longchamp is a south-facing Savoyard village resort, bathed in sunshine throughout the season. Made up of two ski-in/ski-out levels, it combines immediate access to the slopes with a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for family stays.
The resort has preserved its village spirit while modernising over the years: shops, restaurants, ski-in/ski-out accommodation and family-friendly services make Saint-François Longchamp a comfortable and warm destination.
Resort information
The Ski Area
The Saint-François Longchamp ski area stretches between 1,200 and 2,550 metres in altitude, with a vertical drop of 1,300 metres and a wide variety of landscapes. Connected ski-in/ski-out to Valmorel, it forms the Grand Domaine, the 5th largest ski area in Savoie, with 165 km of slopes served by 49 ski lifts.
With 73% of green and blue slopes, it is an ideal playground for families, beginners and intermediate skiers. More experienced skiers will also find rewarding technical descents on the steeper slopes of the Col de la Madeleine.
Why choose Saint-François Longchamp?
Saint-François Longchamp offers a bright and accessible mountain experience, shaped by its south-facing exposure, panoramic views over the Lauzière and Cheval Noir massifs, and its famous sunsets.
The resort combines a family-friendly atmosphere, scenic skiing and easy access (close to the motorway exit), for relaxed and human-scale holidays.
Its integration into the Grand Domaine also allows you to ski directly across to Valmorel and enjoy an exceptional playground without changing your pass.
