The Manigod resort
Nestled at over 1,500 metres above sea level, between the Col de la Croix-Fry and the Col de Merdassier, Manigod is above all an authentic mountain village, made up of traditional chalets and preserved Savoyard hamlets. Its warm, family-friendly atmosphere appeals to those seeking a peaceful mountain experience, far from the bustle of large tourist resorts.
The resort has preserved its identity while developing a modern ski area, perfectly integrated into the natural setting of the Aravis massif.
Resort information
The Ski Area
The Manigod ski area stretches between 1,460 and 1,780 metres in altitude, across the slopes of the Tête de Cabeau and l'Étale. It offers 25 km of slopes served by 17 ski lifts, ideal for families, beginners and skiers looking for a quieter experience.
Thanks to the ski-in/ski-out connection with La Clusaz, the playground expands to 125 km of slopes across 5 mountain sectors. The "Aravis Massif" offer, which includes Le Grand-Bornand and Saint-Jean-de-Sixt via shuttle service, brings the total to over 210 km of skiing.
Manigod is also home to the largest night skiing area in Savoie Mont Blanc, with 8 floodlit slopes open until 9:30 pm.
Why choose Manigod?
Manigod offers an authentic mountain experience, shaped by its preserved village, Savoyard traditions and the warm welcome of its inhabitants. The resort combines tranquillity, conviviality and a varied skiing offer, in an exceptional natural setting.
The panoramic views over the Aravis and Mont-Blanc are fully part of the experience.
